Davis Marcus Partners has an established reputation for integrity, creativity, and expertise in the development and ownership of high quality commercial property in its core markets. The firm currently has offices in Boston, Massachusetts, Norwalk, Connecticut, and Naples, Florida.

Founded in 1976 by Jonathan G. Davis, the company initially focused on the development and renovation of residential properties. In the early 1980's, the focus shifted to historic rehabilitation of existing urban and suburban buildings primarily for commercial uses. In the mid-1980's, the company became involved in new development as well. Paul R. Marcus joined as Jonathan's partner in 1992, and the company embarked on an aggressive acquisition program which focused on purchasing (1) stabilized commercial and retail properties at significant discounts to replacement cost and (2) mismanaged or poorly maintained assets which presented unique value added opportunities.

As the real estate markets began to recover in the mid-1990's, the company once again shifted a portion of its focus to ground up development opportunities and successfully constructed and leased over 1.5 million square feet of first class office and medical space in Greater Boston and Fairfield County, CT. A number of these projects were completed with institutional joint venture partners. The company continues to be active in a variety of markets and is seeking long term net leased acquisition, value added renovation and new construction opportunities of all property types focusing on office, medical office, retail, industrial and residential properties.
