- Prior to joining Davis Marcus Partners, he was Corporate Counsel at Whittier Health Network and Senior Vice President & General Counsel at CareMatrix Corporation, and was in private practice at the firms of Choate, Hall & Stewart and Hale & Dorr (now Wilmer Hale) in Boston, and Bacon & Wilson in Springfield
- Received his Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he was an Editor of the Cornell Law Review
